Key Information about Receipt Bot Pricing and Billing

• Receipt Bot offers a flexible monthly subscription. The monthly subscription gives you certain document credits every month that get charged as you process the documents.
• Processing one invoice/receipt uses one document credit. Bank statements processing is charged on the basis of lines: five statement lines use one credit. The number of pages in documents do not impact the credits count.
• If you have used all the trial credits, you can upgrade to continue processing the documents.
• The discounted prices only apply with a discount code. If you have a discount code please apply it using manage subscription button before upgrade or renew.
• If you have used all your credits mid-month, you can either use ‘Renew Now’ option to reset the billing period on the same plan, or switch to a different plan or wait for credits to refresh on the next billing date to continue processing the documents.
• You can switch plans or renew existing plan at any time. All these actions immediately issue a new bill, reset your billing period and add new document credits to your account.
• All unused credits are carried forward upon subscription renewal, upgrade or downgrade, for upto six months on paid and active subscriptions. (On custom plans carry forward depends on the specific subscription terms).
• You cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you intend to use Receipt Bot for one-off document processing, please do not forget to cancel your subscription after downloading your data.
• The billing covers data processing and storage costs. On cancelled subscriptions, your account and data will be removed from the system after a month of the subscription expiry date.
